Job Description

Handle Recruitment have teamed up with a leading, global TV production company to recruit their next Sales Ledger Manager. We are looking for an organised and responsible candidate who will manage the function independently.


  • First point of contact for sales team to correctly invoice all orders
  • Liaising with the FC on complex deals and ensuring everything is correctly invoiced in a timely manner
  • Ensure payment terms match with the corresponding paper contracts;
  • Completely withholding tax forms, drafting correspondence to tax authorities and maintenance of WHT tracker
  • Ensuring all sales ledger postings are entered in a timely manner prior to month end
  • Maintaining the sales ledger inbox ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and providing remittance advice in a timely fashion
  • Preparation of reports covering bad debt, cash on account and overdue invoices
  • Assisting with cash flow for budget and forecasting


  • 4+ years sales ledger experience
  • Previous experience invoicing, reviewing contracts and successful completion of withholding tax forms
  • Experience of taking sole ownership of the sales ledger function
  • Previous media experience
  • High level of numeracy
  • Proven experience of working to tight deadlines
