Second Line Support Engineer

Contract - £250 day-rate - Central / West London

Handle are currently working with a Global Fashion / eCommerce brand in London. They are home to an innovative technology team, which drives the growth of the business.

They are now looking for a Second Line Support Engineer. You will be primarily providing desktop support to the end users as well as developing their server & application support.

You will be working as part of the Technical Services Team to ensure that all desktop, server, network and telephony components are monitored and available to meet their specific targets.

Key Skill Set for Second Line Support Engineer:

  • Working with Casper Suite on a day to day basic support for all Windows services and applications for desktop users
  • Support for all MAC services and applications for desktop at Westfield
  • End-user support on all platforms including mobile devices
  • Regular maintenance and updates to all applications and desktop hardware

Key Skill Set for Second Line Support Engineer:

  • Windows and Apple desktop and application support
  • Casper is a MUST
