I am actively seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for an innovative, modern tech start up based in London Bridge.

My client have grown and developed over the five years they have been established and now have offices globally including a head office in San Francisco and in cities across Asia, Australia, Europe and North America.

As a Senior Account Manager you will be the face of the company, managing a large portfolio of clients, ensuring they are receiving maximum value from the product, ensuring they are being connected with the best talent in the market.

Connecting with people and building relationships is something that comes naturally to you and you are experienced at fostering meaningful & lasting customer partnerships that keep users engaged, while driving success towards their company's hiring goals.

The responsibilities of a Senior Account Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a high volume of well-performing accounts by ensuring success and adoption within each and identifying opportunities for upselling
  • Collaborate with peers to develop and execute strategy for target accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal and company-wide business objectives
  • Effectively track personal metrics around client retention, user adoption, and other various performance indicators
  • Conduct new employer onboardings with insightful demos and share best practices to drive engagement and success on the platform
  • Working cross functionally with the Product team to share customer feedback as our product continues to evolve and improve

The ideal candidate:

  • 5 + years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS / tech organisation
  • Strong networking and relationship building ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in the Recruiting or Talent Solutions industry (desirable)
  • Existing network of contacts within recruitment/technology teams in the UK (desirable)
  • Proven experience in selling/renewing sizeable deals to complex organisations
  • Proven experience in selling/renewing sizeable deals to complex organisations
  • Exemplary presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) and able to influence stakeholders at all levels

Salary and benefits:

£60K basic - OTE circa £100K + fantastic benefits package
