Handle are working with this global Entertainment company who are looking for a solid Interim Compensation & Benefits Manager for a 6 month maternity cover.
This role is very much business as usual but you will also work on key projects where you can make an impact which will include a company-wide salary bench marking review and the company bonus review.
You will be responsible for providing data analytics and expert guidance to HR and the rest of the business around all areas of reward, compensation and benefits.
You will play a massive role in the success and development of the global reward and benefit strategy by providing key insights, evidence and analysis - working alongside senior stakeholders to help make considered business decisions.
