Job Description

Handle are currently working with an instantly recognisable, global media business - who are looking for an SAP Project Finance Manager. The overall purpose of this role, will be to deliver complex, high profile projects to the business from start to finish. One of the main projects at hand is a treasury system replacement, and another is the implementation of a digital tax product. This is an 8-month interim role based at my clients global head office in West London.

Key duties include:

  • Deliver various finance/technology projects to the highest possible standard to the business
  • Business partnering with various key stakeholders
  • Ensure that the appropriate project management standards/processes are followed
  • Work with business change representatives to ensure that business benefits can be realised through the delivery of technical capability
  • Lead a small team of Project Managers
  • Produce key documents during the implementation phase including regular highlight reports, financial forecasts and updated plans for the business and other key stakeholders
  • Identify, understand and facilitate the appraisal of different delivery options

Candidate requirements:

  • Significant experience and strong delivery record in technology project management
  • Prince II or equivalent
  • Strong business and technical awareness across multiple SAP modules, applications and infrastructure - ideally Finance, Procurement or HR
  • SAP ECC knowledge, experience and processes
  • Integration with other related SAP products
  • Demonstrable SAP Delivery
  • Multiple SAP project life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity
