Handle have joined forces with an unique property management company based in Chiswick who are looking for their next People & Culture Partner.
The business are the central team who support the business park, and pride themselves on being one of the best business parks in the UK, delivering a world class experience for all their tenants,The business are huge on delivering a sense of community to the park, with an amazing line up of events and packed social calendar, such as urban food markets, well-being events, and even its own beach in the summer!
This is a standalone role, supporting 150 employees on site, compromising of head office, service partners, operations, marketing, finance and events, sitting on the senior leadership team. The role has a huge focus on culture, and really driving the amazing culture forwards whilst working closely with the CEO. The business are very diverse and multi-national, and so would suit a candidate who enjoys supporting a varied work force. Candidates from a hospitality or retail background would be well suited.
Driving culture across the business is a pivotal part of the role, and being passionate about championing a strong, grass-roots culture through thoughtful initiatives, ensuring communication across the business is on brand, working on team/cultural celebrations, and leading on team well being initiatives.
The business are also very focused on training and development, and so this person would lead on in house training, support heads of departments, organise valuable HR/People sessions and delivery of briefings and workshops.
The ideal candidate needs to be extremely organised, have the gravitas to sit on the senior management team, and have a holistic approach to driving culture forwards. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or studying towards.
