Here at Handle we are excited to partner with Broadcasting & Production company, who are on the look out for their next talented senior HR Advisor - £35-£40k
This role will be split between 2 sites:
- Central London- which is the more corporate office where Marketing, Finance, Legal etc are sat (2 days)
- West London which is super creative as they have the gallery, production crew, broadcasters etc sat here so you will work across both sites (3 days a week)
The business is an exciting media production company that broadcast across 75 networks - and at the moment have 82+ freelancers. (62 West London and 20 Central)
They currently have an HR Director in the business who has been implementing HR and now looking to handover to a Generalist for a full 260 role.
There's a lot to manage in the role, from the roll out of the new appraisal process, to developing handbooks, HR process, streamlining recruitment, working on branding and will even include administering the payroll too.
More important to things like heavy ER, (which they don't have a lot of) is credibility and influencing ability to coach and guide managers to manage performance, absence and general HR processes with better effectiveness.
This role has full scope to turn into an HR Manager role as the business progresses so is a great opportunity.
You will be partnering with the senior leadership team who are really passionate about the people proposition and I have it on good authority from the Interim HR Director that they have the right mind-set to what benefit HR can bring. You will also be a key decision maker in how HR evolves and the EVP is defined.
