Working in a large and supportive HR function, you will be a strong HR Advisor with a passion for Employee Relations. Reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner, this role will support circa 600 employees at their London HQ.
We are looking for experienced Generalists to provide a first class service of advice and support on all employee relations issues. As the Senior HR Advisor you will ensure a fair and consistent approach to all company guidelines and ways of working, whilst delivering a high level of service and operational advice consistent with Company and legal requirements.
The role will also have responsibility for providing coaching and supporting the wider team on escalated ER casework and you will assist in developing, designing and implementing new HR Guidelines and procedures and ensuring these are always up to date with changes in legislation.
You will be proactive in implementing upcoming projects and will suit an experienced ER professional who wants to specialise in the delivery of excellent and consistent ER across the business. You will also have knowledge of global mobility practices including but not limited to visa applications and renewals.
To be successful in this role, you will have sound knowledge, understanding and practical application of Employment Law. You will have demonstrable experience of successfully handling ER issues such as performance management, disciplinary, grievance handling, dismissal and TUPE.
