We are currently recruiting for a CIPD qualified Senior HR Business Partner for a 12 month contract for a luxury publishing company based in London.
This is a brand new role looking after a new Digital hub. This role is part of a team but will be the only HR professional working within this area so you must be happy to roll your sleeves up and be involved in a real top to bottom position. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to come into an established organisation and take the lead on a new and exciting project.
We are looking for someone who has worked in smaller creative companies (publishing or digital would be ideal), must have proven experience building up HR teams and people initiatives. Your role will include:
- implementing and reviewing HR processes
- collaborating with senior HR teams on long term strategy, development plans and succession planning
- leading on ER cases
- supporting on annual budgets
To be considered for this role you will need to be operating at this level already as a business partner within a creative start up organisation.
