Job Description

Handle have partnered with a global digital media company who are looking for a progressive People Director to come on board during an exciting time of continued transformation globally.

Reporting directly into a Global CPO overseas, you will specifically partner with the technology business area across the EMEA region, acting as a strategic partner and expert advisor to the executive leadership teams.

You will align business objectives, act as an agent for change, influence stakeholders and provide strategic support to technology in line with the global People strategy. You will partner with the Centres of Excellence who will support you with multiple HR initiatives around org design, workforce planning, performance management, internal mobility and change management (to name a few!).

Experience aligning business objectives and operating at a strategic level is essential but you must be happy rolling your sleeves up and problem solving too! Its a global matrix but maintains that typical scale up/ start up feel so you'll thrive in this kind of culture where your in the thick of things!

Its important that you come with prior experience working with a tech business area and have a deep understanding of the key challenges of the tech workforce. Experience working in a complex global matrix structure is essential as well as the ability to adapt and evolve.
