You will align business objectives, act as an agent for change, influence stakeholders and provide strategic support to your client groups in line with the global People strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Tailor global projects to work effectively for your client groups and territories
  • Work on strategic global initiatives and leverage your team, as well as the centres of excellence
  • Manage top to bottom and build great relationships with stakeholders
  • Build on the company values by looking at L&D, incentive schemes, global mobility, career frameworks etc.
  • Be the main point of contact for the executive leadership team for your business functions, build relationships with them and understand how to motivate and get the best out of your focused areas.
