Handle are partnering with an iconic luxury brand currently looking for a contractor to support them on a 12month maternity contract starting in July 2019.
This incredible opportunity will see you working as part of a well-established HR Business Partnering team. You'll have ownership for your own senior client group, and be responsible for partnering with them on the continued success of talent initiatives, organisational effectiveness as well as day to day HR.
To be successful in this role, you must be a creative thinker and come up with creative and practical strategies to solve day to day issues and effect wider cultural success.
You will also be able to communicate effectively with the senior leadership team, understand their commercial drivers and deliver HR strategy in tandem.
The key to success in this role, will be in embedding the brands culture, values, identifying and implementing initiatives around talent retention, succession planning and talent review while supporting line managers to drive team performance and growth.
This role requires an experienced proactive HR Generalist who can start a new contract in July and commit to the 12months maternity contract.
