n amazing opportunity for an already established HR Business Partner to join this leading Global Marketing and Communications agency based in Central London. Reporting to the People & Talent Director in a wider HR team of 12, this position will ultimately support a client group of around 200 employees based in the UK and have a People Advisor reporting in to, as well as the wider support of the people team - Total headcount of employees is 1000 globally.
Managing multiple clients groups across the UK, you will ensure you are setting the tone in the team in relation to off site meetings with your clients across the UK. You will be expected to build strong relationships across the company and to be a trusted partner of the business. You will mentor the team, ensuring that they are visible while out in the field at least once a week.
Working on a unique business strategy this is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the People Director and to step up and be their number two! You will manage a People Advisor and provide outstanding support for your client group on ER issues, change management processes and new legislation. You will be expected to lead on grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE transfers and redundancies.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be hands on, providing day-to-day operational and strategic support, as well as the opportunity to lead on key projects within the business, some of these projects will be around developing an apprenticeship levy and gender pay gap review, Updating the benefits package, HRIS system and ER processes. You will have a commercial mind-set, always thinking commercially as well as strategically.

You will have experience working in an incredibly fast paced environment, where chaos is normal and you are having to build the structure and put process in place. Must have strong ER experience including managing the entire TUPE process.
