A new and brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner within this global menswear fashion brand. Working with a client group of circa1000 employees and supported by a HR Function of 13, this role will report directly to the HR Director and will have line management responsibility for 4 HR Advisors and 2 HR Assistants. The team also have Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development specialists and the HR Advisors are responsible for all day to day ER issues.
This opportunity will suit an already established HR Business Partner who would relish developing and nurturing their team. As HR Generalist, the role will support the business on 2017 people plan, you will manage and deliver on the annual performance review process. Take lead on complex ER issues. Manage strategic projects around change & growth. And coach & Develop your team.
You will provide strategic support to the distribution centre and the retail teams as well as playing a pivotal role in building team capability. You will act as a trusted advisor and you will provide valuable insight and expertise around the People Plan.
The role requires a high level of interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills. You will be commercially minded and adept at building strong relationships at all levels. Ideally your previous HR experience will come from a retail / hospitality background and you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
