Handle are working with a Global Entertainment Brand who are looking for a talented Senior HR Coordinator to support their London based team.

This role is fast-paced and has a high volume rate so offers a fabulous opportunity to make a great impact on an expanding and ever-growing company. You will need to be confident using excel, doing v look ups and creating pivot tables.

Working closely with the Global Head of HR and the Global team, you will use your strong analytical reporting skills to process all admin and payroll, as well as be confident using excel, doing v look ups and creating pivot tables.

There will be an immense amount of work for you to get stuck into with the launch of pension auto-enrolment, implementing new HR systems and training employees on how to confidently use the HRIS database.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Process new starters, leavers and probations
  • Update and monitor the HR database
  • Create sickness and absence reports
  • Assist with staff surveys,
  • Ownership of weekly staff newsletters, rolling out pension auto-enrolment and processing employee benefits
  • Coordinate company appraisals and assist with any ad-hoc duties.

This role is very admin heavy and high volume so you will need to be a confident and data driven individual who is a highly experienced Senior HR Administrator looking to make their mark.
