Are you an operational HR Leader? Are you happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved in the day to day aspects of HR, whilst leading a team and having a reporting line into the US.
Are you immediately available to start a new role - this will be initially 6 months on a day rate through a limited company, with a view to a permanent position thereafter.
We are working on a new role for a Senior HR Manager to work in North London for a creative, yet corporate media business. This role will report into the US and we are looking for candidates who have worked with US based companies and are used to being managed remotely. The role will be hugely operational and very hands on & managing a team of 4. In this role you will act as a business Partner to Senior Management and their team on employee initiatives, training, recruitment, comp & bens, employee relations and be a strong and highly competent generalist.
You will have previous experience in the following areas:
- Business Transformation, Process Engineering, and Change Management
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management
- Experience in a HR Generalist role essential
- Experience in a Management role essential
- Work experience in a media production environment, entertainment industry company, or attractions business preferred
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have the ability to manage within a functional matrix structure, be familiar with dynamic company structures and be able to suggest and deliver on innovative solutions to the business.
