Working with a high profile creative business, Handle is recruiting for a Senior Mac Support Engineer to primarily support a high profile and high net worth client and secondarily to support the associated business user base on Apple Mac and associated software.
The Senior Mac Support Engineer will act as the first point of contact supporting a high profile individual and associated business users on the phone and face to face so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and strong customer service. You will have a proven background of supporting users on Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones and iPads). There will be occasional travel to client sites around London.
Responsibilities: * 1st & 2nd line support, working in a predominantly Apple Mac environment (80%) Proven background of supporting users on Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs,iPads) * Set up new users on Apple OSX & Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365 You will have a proven background of supporting users on Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones and iPads) * Supporting Mobile Devices (iPhone and iPad through JAMF and Mobile Device Management * Supporting users on various applications including MS Office for Mac and Adobe Create Suite
Senior Mac Support Engineer role: * Apple Certifed Support Professional desirable. * Experience working with Apple Enterprise Solutions. * JAMF PRO knowledge. Most importantly, you will have the level of maturity, self-awareness, and discretion to work as part of the personal team of a high net worth individual.
