As an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for non-tech roles across Head Office so anything from marketing, finance, sales, customer care, commercial etc.
It is essential that you have a wealth of experience under your belt within a similar creative/digital/tech business as you must have solid experience working directly with c-suite level stakeholders and heads of departments, partnering directly with the exec team day to day.
EMEA experience is ideal as you will support your business functions expand into new territories (big focus on EMEA and the Middle East).
This business is a mature startup so there is still so much impact you can have! Alongside delivering hands on 360 recruitment for your specific business functions, you will also get involved in wider projects around candidate experience, D&I and internal mobility (to name a few!)
