A well regarded media business based in London is looking for a Service Delivery Support Analyst to help manage the provision of technology services across the company.
Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, you will take responsibility for the delivery of first class, leading edge solutions to the business. The core focus of this role will be to help ensure the provision of technology services, along with providing technical expertise as and when required. You will oversee relationships with a number of technical suppliers, including service desk, telephony and network providers, and make sure they are delivering in line with expectations. This will require strong relationship building skills, and the ability to manage the expectations of key stakeholders.
In addition, you will take responsibility for managing ad hoc technical tasks, such as regular hardware checks, providing technical support for work requests, managing office moves and overseeing the new starter / leaver process. You will need a broad technical knowledge, and will probably have worked in an IT Support role at some point in your career. You will also need exceptional communication skills, including the ability to influence decisions and deal effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record of commercial experience in a Service Delivery role, ideally within a media, agency or creative environment. We will also be looking for evidence of the following;
- A broad technical knowledge, including Microsoft operating systems, architecture and administration; Microsoft Office and desktop products; PC and Mac hardware, desktop and server hardware and cloud based technologies.
- Experience working with a Service Management tool (Remedy, AutoTask, ServiceNow etc).
- The ability to understand technical processes and follow operational procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ideally, a professional qualification in ITIL, MCP, MCSE and/or Prince 2.
