Service Desk Analyst - Global Fashion Brand
Handle are currently working with a Luxury Retail/eCommerce Brand in Central London. They are a well-known fashion brand who are breaking boundaries in the eCommerce world. Technology is the driving force behind their success and is at the heart of their growth.
They are now looking to expand their current Service Desk IT team in London. This team supports their Global Network of users across the UK, USA & Europe. You'd be working within a team of 18-20 another Service Desk Analyst's in a fast paced, cutting edge environment.
The ideal person will have worked in a similar Service Desk Environment previously ideally with a well-known and prestigious brand.
This is Monday-Friday role and you would be covering standard core hours of 09.30-18.00.
Key Responsibilities of Service Desk Analyst (ITIL):
-Supporting 3,000+ Users in an ITIL Environment
-1st Line Support across both Windows & Mac
-Resolve incident and service requests tickets using the service management tool
-Provide single point of contact for all service users
-Promote IT good practice
Key Skill Set for Service Desk Analyst (ITIL):
-2 years' experience within an ITIL-aligned IT Support environment
-Windows & Mac experience
- Active Directory Support Skills
-Have worked in a performance managed environment previously
