Service Desk Analyst - Music & Events Venue, London.
12 month-FTC - £28,000-£30,000
Handle are currently working with one of the largest Music & Event Venues in London. Our client is now looking for someone to provide on-site support for events at their multiple venues in London.
This will involve occasional weekend & evening shift based work.
You will be a member of the Technology Operations Team as a Service Desk Analyst. The team provide IT, broadcast & Audio Visual Services as well as support to promoters and events. This is a customer facing role as well as core IT Support.
Essential Skill-Set Service Desk Analyst Music & Events Venue:
-Experience of providing IT Service Desk style support to end users using Windows 7 and Windows 10.
-Good level of network experience, specifically configuring and supporting Cisco VoIP telephony systems
-Proven experience in a customer facing role and a friendly approachable manner
-Previous experience in the media, music, events or hospitality business would be a huge advantage
Responsibilities Service Desk Analyst Music & Events Venue:
-Provide first and second line IT Support Services to multiple venue locations as well as the London Office Staff
-Handle and incoming Service Desk requests via email or telephone accurately in the Service Desk system, resolving them where possible or escalating them to the Head of Technology
-Deploy new or existing user workstations, including EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems.
