We are looking for a versatile, creative and ambitious social media champion to come on board with us as a resourcer for one of our specialist recruitment teams.
The Resourcer role at handle is a key business function, sourcing great quality candidates and managing them through the recruitment process. You will be using recruitment tools, on-line job boards, market mapping and networking sources to identify and screen potential candidates.All with a focus on great creative, eye-catching content to share across a range of social media platforms, in order to gain traction on your current roles.
Working on such a busy desk, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise are essential. There is a real focus on providing a great experience for the candidate, building valuable and sustainable relationships with both candidates and clients.
What we are looking for:
- Keen interest and experience using a variety of social media platforms.
- High Achievers - we like people who are naturally determined, self-motivated and have a passion for our market sectors - music, theatre, film, sports, media, technology.
- Sales/HR experience or good customer service experience.
- Candidates who communicate brilliantly and are memorable.
- Good organisational and admin skills are essential.
We work with an amazing client list including TV, film, video entertainment, record labels and retail brands. We have been working with some of these great brands for over 30 years!
