Are you a in-house recruitment professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a progressive approach to Talent Acquisition? Are you looking to shape and develop recruitment processes, and build a more strategic approach to recruiting?

Handle are excited to be working with this digital media brand looking to inject new ways of working into their Recruitment function. Working alongside an existing small team of recruitment partners, and managing a Recruitment Coordinator, this role will be tasked with driving forward a new way of working for the function, building a more strategic, business partnering approach and working more proactively and more efficiently as a team.

Its a great opportunity for someone who thrives working in a full 360 recruiter role still alongside managing some really interesting project work. Some key areas of focus would be:-

Data and analytics - right now they are not making full use of the ATS, they need to look at how they could maximise the ATS, build meaningful data and use this to shape their strategy and demonstrate value back to the business.

Employer branding - partnering with the digital & tech business areas, you'll help build their brand in the market looking at new and more forward thinking ways of attracting candidates, attending and hosting events, their social media presence etc

Business partnership - you'll build strong relationships across the business and with your HR colleagues. Relationships are key in this organisation, and there's a real mix of personalities so you'll be very adaptable with the ability to flex your style from managing relationships with a creative through to a sales person.

The ideal candidate will come from a digital media background and have insight into the digital and tech market. You'll have a forward thinking mindset, be smart and inquisitive and ahead of the game in terms of Talent Acquisition. You'll have line managed someone before and be interested to continue managing. You'll be someone who prefers to work in a non-hierarchical flat structure.
