Handle are working with this dynamic brand who are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. Working as part of a collaborative, talented and forward thinking HR team, you will support a creative and challenging client group to help drive the growth of their creative business functions.

This a newly created, standalone role and will be a great chance for someone to have genuine autonomy and impact. This is a brilliant opportunity to work for an amazing brand that's grown but still going from strength to strength.

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • You'll have in-house creative or content recruitment experience and have worked a full 360 recruitment role, and also worked more strategically, having input or managing project work.
  • Proactive and forward thinking as well as being open to exploring new and creative ways to source candidates
  • You'll have strong communication and relationship building skills within creative industries and be able to effectively influence key stakeholders
  • Ideally with have an existing network across the creative talent space.
