Handle have partnered with an innovative Gaming company, at the cutting edge of their industry and looking for a passionate creative recruiter to come on board and take full responsibility for Talent Attraction, Acquisition and Employer Branding.

As their first Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to enhance and manage their total recruitment strategy across all levels across the business for the creative, commercial and operational functions.

Working closely with an existing HR team you will support each of their two offices on different recruitment projects to build upon their individual cultures and creative identities, the role will be split 50/50 across central and South London.

The successful applicant will provide a proactive talent acquisition sourcing model, create and implement future talent pools through apprentice, work experience and graduate initiatives and enhance the overall candidate experience.
You will have full ownership of early career projects, assessment centres and will be a brand advocate at all times, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout.

This role will suit someone with previous in-house experience looking to take a lead Recruitment role, establishing your own values and that of the business on targeting fantastic people for the company, and being an integral part of an inventive, state of the art industry.
