Joining the team on an initial 6 month period, this interim opportunity will have joining one of the fastest growing and innovative tech leaders in the market at the moment.
Do you have a background in data science, data engineering and product recruitment? Would you like the opportunity to partner with senior business leads to create and build out whole teams for this exciting organisation?
You will be responsible for the full operation recruitment life cycle and be heavily involved in developing the recruitment strategy, candidate attraction and talent mapping for these growing teams.
Keeping abreast of external recruitment best practices, you will feel comfortable utilising social media, talent banking, third party suppliers and networking to ensure attraction of the best talent into the business in the most efficient and cost effective way.
We are looking for niche recruitment specialists for this crucial role, a background in recruiting for these departments whether in agency or in-house, experience in the digital and technology industry is also highly desirable.
