Job Description

Handle are working with an exciting global events company based in West London who are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist.

This is a newly created stand-alone role that offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of building a talent acquisition function.

Ideally, you will have strong experience recruiting for Sales and Marketing functions with the ability to demonstrate initiative and diligence in a fast paced environment.

If you have previous in-house recruitment experience or a strong background in agency recruitment, recruiting for the events and sales industries, this could be the next exciting role for you.

This is a fantastic role that is ideal for someone looking to get stuck in and make their mark on a highly successful and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process.
  • Build a talent pool and strong candidate base
  • Introduce best practice recruitment methods
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate recruitment events and assessment centres
  • Promote recruitment cost savings across departments while managing a budget
