This is a newly created stand-alone role that offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of building a talent acquisition function.
Ideally, you will have strong experience recruiting for Sales and Marketing functions with the ability to demonstrate initiative and diligence in a fast paced environment.
If you have previous in-house recruitment experience or a strong background in agency recruitment, recruiting for the events and sales industries, this could be the next exciting role for you.

- Manage the full 360 recruitment process.
- Build a talent pool and strong candidate base
- Introduce best practice recruitment methods
- Manage relationships with external agencies and key stakeholders
- Facilitate recruitment events and assessment centres
- Promote recruitment cost savings across departments while managing a budget
