Supporting an incredible Global Head of Talent & OD, you will be their number two and will help to create and implement a brand new strategy in the business.
Coming with your own ideas and enjoying a broad remit will be key as you will be supporting with talent development, L&D, OD, change, culture and performance.
You will be able to get your teeth stuck into some really meaty projects and be able to add value. As this is a brand new headcount for the team, you will truly be able to make the role your own with fantastic support around you.
- Design bespoke OD work
- Create employee value proposition
- Activate talent initiatives such as succession planning and performance management programmes
- Design and deliver leadership and management frameworks
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives
The company have great budgets and will be expecting you to provide the best of the best when it comes to talent development. Knowing when to use in-house homegrown talent and when to bring in external vendors to launch new initiatives is vital in this role.
They are such a disruptive and progressive business that they will be looking for you to push boundaries and revamp the strategy.
You will be able to implement your own ideas, support with launching a brand new EVP, behaviour frameworks, diversity and inclusion initiatives (to name a few!)
