Are you a people-orientated Talent Executive with experience recruiting senior hires?
Handle have partnered with a fast-growth Tech company who are looking for a Talent Executive to join a team of 6 and will report into the Talent Director.
You will work closely with the Talent Director to support on their senior hiring as well as working closely with the other Talent Managers to support on ad hoc hires.
As this role will be focused on senior hiring, you will work on a range of different projects, from conducting research on the market to building out market maps, as well as proactively sourcing and engaging potential senior candidates.
You will use a range of digital channels such as LinkedIn and find new and innovative ways to build pipelines of talent. Once candidates are engaged you will screen candidates and present them for selection to the Talent Director and senior stakeholders.
As well as sourcing and screening you will be the liaison point for the candidate, working with the Talent Director to set up interviews and keep candidates in the loop with feedback.
