I am working with a fantastic Creative Agency who are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Manager to join the People team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting and hiring talented candidates. You'll be responsible for implementing new and productive recruitment strategies to help them in achieving their goal of creating an inclusive and diverse agency.
This person will take ownership of direct recruitment managing the end to end process, leading on roles across the board - mainly entry-mid level roles. This person will also manage employer branding, headhunting and pipelining, take ownership of the IR35 process and being the first point of contact for contractors for this.

In this role, there will be a commission structure in place to encourage and promote direct recruitment within the agency. For any individually sourced candidates that you successfully place in a role (and they pass their probation), you will be eligible to receive a 2% commission, based on their annual salary (pro-rated for FTCs). This will be capped at £15,000 per annum and will be paid quarterly.
The ideal candidate:
- Has at least 3 years' experience in an agency or creative recruitment environment
- Has an understanding of the business environment, including areas such as Creative, Strategy, Account Handling and Production
- Brings experience of managing an ATS system and using LinkedIn tools
- You will need to have worked in a high volume, fast paced environment
