Handle are working with this fast-growing entertainment brand who are looking for a passionate Talent and Development Manager to join on a 6-month FTC with a view to go perm.
in this dual role, you will be working closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers to enhance their recruitment strategy across the business for the creative, commercial and operational functions as well as driving their L&D offering.
This a newly created, standalone role and will be a great chance for someone to have genuine autonomy and impact.
The successful applicant will provide a proactive talent acquisition sourcing model, create and implement future talent pools through internships, work experience and graduate initiatives and enhance the overall candidate experience.
You will have full ownership of apprenticeship and will be a brand advocate at all times, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
This role will suit someone with previous in-house experience across creative/ entertainment looking to take a lead role, and take full responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Attraction.
