A television broadcasting company is looking to find an interim Talent Operations Coordinator to join them in their International Head office based in West London.
Supporting a wider HR team, the Talent Operations Coordinator will be a key member of the global talent and operations team who manage the talent business strategy. The key responsibility will be to collaborate with key stakeholders across production, operations, legal and marketing to ensure managers understand each part of the talent lifecycle process. During this process, you will be responsible for identifying ways of managing and improving talent management effectively.
Previous experience improving talent management processes is essential and experience gained within a television, entertainment or sport Production Company is preferred as you will be familiar with the culture and processes. As an individual, you will demonstrate the ability to work in a complex, matrix and global environment where you can use your effective communication skills to problem solve and influence better processes. You will also demonstrate a genuine interest in the media and sports business with curiosity to learn and grow in your role.
