Handle are working with an unique sporting company who are looking to find an experienced HR & Talent Partner ideally from sporting, leisure, hospitality or retail background.
As the HR Generalist you will have full autonomy of the end to end recruitment processes and procedures as well as employee life cycle for c.30 Head Office population. The role requires someone with a pragmatic approach, who enjoys a challenge managing the day to day operational HR aspects and strategic projects.
You will lead on all things people & talent related covering the full HR spectrum from operational HR to developing the People strategy. You will be heavily involved in talent attraction, succession planning, retention, salary benchmarking as well as Employee relations.
Building stakeholder and internal relationships within the business is key from communicating with hiring managers to the CEO of the business providing advice, support and presenting information on recruitment, on boarding and inductions.
