Having recently gone through their first growth phase and set to double in headcount next year, they are looking to bring on board an additional headcount to the talent team.
Reporting into the Talent Director and working closely with the Talent Specialist, you will manage the end to end recruitment process for all business functions across the UK and Europe.
Roles will include anything from project managers, robotic specialists, construction and automation workers, crew leads, engineers etc, as well as standard operational business functions (IT, finance, legal, marketing.)
Not only will you manage 360 recruitment, there will also be lots of project work involved so experience working on wider talent initiatives is key!
Experience implementing things from scratch whether it be an ATS, careers page, social media channels and employer branding, early career programmes etc is ideal as you will be given the autonomy to design and deliver multiple talent projects as the business continue to scale.
They are looking for a real team player, someone used to working in a fast paced environment and someone with a great attitude to delivering a high quality recruitment experience.
Ideally you will have worked on international roles and be comfortable liaising with global agencies and hiring managers across European offices. Must also be happy commuting into their beautiful London offices.
