We have a fantastic opportunity on a temporary basis to join an amazing Media Agency in Central London.
This Agency work with some amazing clients, and you will be responsible for supporting at least 10 people, on various tasks including:
- First point of contact to all calls coming in to the department - dealing with queries promptly and professionally
- Coordinating travel
- Managing expense reports and processing team invoices
- Data entry - utilising internal databases and MS Office functions (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Producing accurate reports and high quality PowerPoint presentations
- Ad hoc duties to support the team.
Must have previous Administration experience and supported a fast-paced team with varying demands.
