We are looking for a Resourcer to work with our Office Support Perm team, focusing on the Art Gallery/Exhibition Services and Theatrical industries. You will be joining a well-established team with years of experience - they are a close bunch, lot's of fun to work with and enjoying welcoming new people into their team!
This Resourcer will be working alongside one of their top billing consultants, Catriona. You will be working on placing candidates into permanent roles with our exciting creative clients.
You will be sourcing great quality candidates and managing them through the recruitment process. You will be using recruitment tools, on-line job boards, market mapping and networking sources to identify and screen potential candidates and then manage them through the interview process to placement. Good organisational, administration and social media skills are essential.

This experienced and successful team is led by David Johnston - a great mentor to his staff with over 13 year's experience recruiting into his market sectors. You will be working closely with Catriona, a great relationship builder with both clients and candidates. This is a vibrant team of 6, we have 4 great consultants and 2 super experienced resourcers.
