Technical Operations Coordinator / Systems Co-ordinator / Systems Analyst / Systems Administrator
This is a great opportunity to grow your career at an internationally recognised entertainment broadcast company. Responsible for supporting the various systems working with the tech teams in a global TV broadcast company.
Using the experience gained from this contract, you could secure further work in Media / Broadcast / Music / Entertainment industries, which are normally difficult to enter, without industry experience.
Job role:
- 1st line support for systems; account set up, tracking issues, troubleshooting
- responsible for account creation and managing any questions or issues.
- capture user stories, meeting minutes, or generate any technical/process documentation as required.
- Administration and record keeping.
- new tech demos and maintaining equipment.
- Ad hoc monitoring of television services.
- research into technologies and platforms.
- To work with media assets and associated systems (Video, Audio, Subtitles, Metadata)
Required:
- Strong grasp of IT concepts and support.
- MS Office products.
- databases and structured data.
- Keen interest in emerging technology, broadcast TV and online TV.
- Ability to collate and present data in meaningful formats for different audience levels.
- Project/Time management and familiarity with Project Management tools.
