The Resourcer role at handle is a key business function, sourcing great quality candidates and managing them through the recruitment process. You will be using recruitment tools, on-line job boards, market mapping and networking sources to identify and screen potential candidates and then manage them through the interview process to placement. Good organisational, administration and social media skills are essential.
