Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer contracts, ensuring the customer is setup correctly to benefit from the products and services, and that they're charged correctly
  • Ensuring contracts are completed as per the company's requirements
  • Complete account information changes when requested by the customer
  • Complete upgrade/downgrades, as well as additional product orders, and sending email confirmations of these to the customers
  • Accurately processing customer cancellations as per the terms of their agreement
  • Being first point of contact with clients to welcome them onboard
  • To test the customers phone lines and email address' are working accordingly to ensure they have a smooth transaction with client and to book in training sessions
  • Liaise daily with the sales department on contractual issues for customers
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties

Skills required:


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with high level of data entry
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & too tight deadlines
