We are working with an exciting social media agency who are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to help support the Recruiter through a busy recruitment period for 3 months, with the possibility to extend. (working 3.5 hours a day, Mon-Fri, between 9am - 5pm)
The client is focused in providing an engaging, powerful and human element to their service, and they deliver this through their amazingly diverse and global team.
Your main focus will be to coordinate the recruitment process ensuring all administration duties are meticulously maintained. You will be based from home and will need to provide your own laptop/computer to work from but will be giving access to the relevant system.
- Monitor applications received and screen applicants
- Coordinate interviews
- Keep candidates up to date throughout the process
- Ensure candidates receive and complete assessments
- Monitor and confirm candidates availability, against the needs of a project
- Ensure the ATS is always up to date to reflect the status of each vacancy
