Are you an experienced Ticketing & Membership Executive who has worked in the event industry? If so, Handle is recruiting for a Ticketing & Membership Executive to work for an established sporting brand in North London; our client is looking for previous ticketing experience within the sporting or events industry to join the brand at a very exciting time.
Key duties include:
- Providing advice and assistance for customers via phone, email and face to face
- Deliver all ticketing requests with first class customer service
- Produce ticketing reports and other related reports
- Process refunds and sales in a timely manner
- Being flexible to work some weekends and evenings due to the nature of the events
