Are you passionate about immersive theatre and have experience working with ticketing software Spektrix. If so, this is the role for you with a leading West End Producer. Working within their insightful and brilliant Sales and Ticketing team you will be responsible for managing the ticketing process.
Build and maintain all shows and related items on bespoke Spektrix system
Liaise with multiple UK venues and ticket agents, managing allocations, call overs, mark backs and customer records for multiple concurrent shows
Manage all administration of sales
Producing daily sales reports internally and externally, and producing new sales report templates as required
Complete the relevant accountancy procedures on a daily basis, accurately recording the daily takings, resolving all discrepancies promptly
Manage the company's social media accounts, and regularly update the website
Design and send regular emails and e-shots to our customers
Knowledge of Spektrix
Experience in the preparation and writing of reports (including sales, reconciliations and event reports)
Proven ability to work in a high pressured environment, with competing priorities, stakeholders and deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in managing the public in a customer service focused role
Please note: Working hours are between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch.
