Handle is working with one of the world's largest music publishers to find their next Trade Channels Marketing Manager. This wholly-owned group also distributes a range of musical products worldwide - via its bricks-and-mortar stores and its leading on-line business.
Working closely with the Head of Commercial Marketing, The Trade Channels Marketing Manager role is to support the delivery of the commercial marketing strategies for the retail brands and trade sales channels -
- Work with senior Commercial leaders and the wider Commercial team to build and regularly review a trading calendar to drive sales and maximising margin through all trade channels and promotes new releases and back catalogue.
- Ownership of the trading calendar operating across all sales channels and territories, liaising closely with The Head of Commercial Marketing, The Head of Trading, and the Director of Retail.
- Ensure all marketing activities are in place to promote products, occurring correctly across all sales channels and territories and delivery within the agreed budget.
- Work closely with the in house creative design team to ensure the provision of trade marketing materials.
We are looking for at previous experience in retail, publishing or FMCG supplier in a commercially - focused marketing role with proven capability of team leadership and comprehensive trade planning experience. A good working knowledge of the music industry is also a requirement.
