Handle Recruitment have partnered with fast-growing Retailer who are looking for an exceptional Trading Administrator to join there growing Buying and Trading team on an initial 6 month FTC.
We are looking for strong administrators with ideally a Buying, Merchandising, Trading or Data Admin backgrounds - you will be used to working in fast-paced, responsive environments, are a natural multi-tasker and able to look at data from an analytic point of view.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reflect the details of agreed plans in Trading Systems
- Ensuring that both Financial Values and date ranges are accurately reflected in the internal systems
- Working closely with the buyers - once they have completed deals, input and reflect the information/data onto our systems
Key Skills/Experience:
- Strong abilities across MS Office tools (particularly Excel & Word)
- Confident adapting to new internal systems/databases
- Analytical, able to process high volumes of data
- Excellent organisation and timekeeping skills
- Able to multi-task and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
- High attention to detail - able to spot discrepancies or errors before inputting them onto the internal systems
My client have excellent transport links to their office, based a 15 minute train ride fro Finsbury park and frequent shuttle services from the station.
We are looking for full commitment for 6 months and with growth across the business, there is opportunity within various teams for permanent hires.
