Handle Recruitment are working on a unique opportunity for a talented and progressive Training & Development Manager to join a prestigious PR Consultancy in a newly created role.
Joining a Global Training and Development team, we are looking for L&D Specialists who can take full responsibility for the entire programme for employees in both the London and European offices.
This is a well-established business with a clear vision regarding their development initiatives and we're looking for someone who can translate that vision into a reality.
In partnership with the leadership team your first step will be to measure and assess training needs and to set objectives with them and their teams to help them best utilise the current training programme. In addition we're looking for creative thinkers to generate solutions to future needs and build upon the current programme.
You will be delivering a range of Training and Development initiatives across the business, including soft skill behavioural development, management development, employee engagement, talent management and cultural change projects.
Providing a first class customer service to all internal and external customers, you will work collaboratively with both stakeholder managers and other members of the People Team to achieve departmental objectives and ultimately the company goals.
You'll have the opportunity to design and deliver exceptional events from start to finish and must be happy to take on some of the logistics though you will have the assistance of a part time coordinator for day to day training scheduling.
This opportunity would suit someone from a standalone or L&D creation role, looking to step into a wider team whilst maintaining their autonomy. The business is looking for someone consultative in their approach, who'll use initiative and will think on their feet especially when dealing with difficult and emotive situations.
If this sounds like the next big role for you, then please get in touch today.
