Heading up a fantastic team, you will embody a flexible and agile approach in order to support the CEO to maintain a people focused and progressive business. This is an incredible opportunity to join a scaling business at a pivotal time of growth where you will have full autonomy to lead on the People agenda as well as build an infrastructure in line with the company's growth plans.
Previous experience supporting fast growth and scaling startups is ideal to be able to hit the ground running straight away. They are really looking for an agile HR practitioner who will inject fresh ideas into the company and help elevate it to the next level from a people perspective.
This is an incredibly fast-moving environment which is ever-evolving so taking last minute decisions in your stride is paramount.
Having the ability and confidence to present your own ideas to the senior leadership team and the gravitas to work with the business to drive these initiatives is an exciting aspect of this role.
You must have experience working in creative companies and have worked for a mix of start-ups and medium sized companies where your creative and progressive mindset has allowed you to add real value to a truly forward thinking business.
Being able to get under the skin of the business and truly understand the Founder's vision to help this become a reality is so important.
