Corporate Social Responsibility

What is Corporate Social Responsibility for Handle?

The relationships that we build at Handle are those of professionalism and respect, which extend from the workplace into both our connections within the industry and our charitable work within the wider community.

Generosity, honesty, positivity, and persistence are at the root of how we’ve been working for over 35 years. Being a CSR company is a key part of developing and maintaining the right outlook which we've built over the years.

Handle's team is diverse and open-minded, standing up apart from organisations that don't quite practice what they preach. As a CSR company, we attract and retain people from the widest conceivable talent pool and invest in cultivating both their skills and aspirations and those of the young, disadvantaged or the homeless in our community. Working with multiple charities, we maintain a dedicated duty of care

Bauer Academy

We partner with The Bauer Academy to deliver opportunities for Academy learners looking to progress into employment across a wide range of disciplines. The employability master classes that we deliver encourage under-represented groups to get into meaningful work, whilst helping them to improve their employability skills through hands-on training and networking events.
