We're working with a music management group, looking for a Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team! Situated in their London-based office, the company promotes a creative and group working environment; the ideal candidate would therefore be confident in producing monthly reports and maintaining financial records independently.
Key responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate financial records in Quickbooks
Generating precise financial statements and reports for managerial evaluation
Conducting bank reconciliations
Overseeing accounts payable/receivable processes in Xero
Filing VAT returns
Preparing budgets
Reporting on debtors and creditors
Assisting with administrative and data entry duties
Requirements:
Proven experience in a bookkeeping environment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Experience working in an creative / media working environment is preferred
Studying towards AAT/ACCA/ACA is also preferred
