A leading arts organisation is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join on a maternity cover contract ASAP. Collaborating closely with both the Finance and People teams, you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll. You'll ensure everything is compliant and accurate whilst acting as a trusted partner and advisor on all things payroll. What you'll be doing: Running weekly and monthly payroll cycles with precision and care Keeping employee and payroll records accurate and up to date Managing HMRC submissions, pensions, and statutory payroll obligations Preparing payroll journals, reconciliations, and supporting management reporting Partnering with internal teams to advise on payroll processes, timelines, and best practice Handling payroll queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach Supporting alignment between rota and scheduling systems and payroll, ensuring staffing data flows seamlessly into pay About you: The ideal candidate will be CIPP qualified and bring strong experience managing end-to-end payroll. Are you a globally experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager looking for an exciting new challenge in a fast paced tech driven environment? We're working with a FinTech business at a pivotal point of their growth journey. They are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Global Payroll and Benefits Manager to join their people team. You'll become the go-to person for all things payroll and benefits, streamline processes, build strong relationships with teams and vendors, and implement improvements that make life easier for employees and the business. Do you thrive in fast-paced organisations, managing a varied generalist remit with a strong focus on employee relations and change? We're partnering with a global media organisation looking to appoint an experienced generalist People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an iconic media brand with global reach. Working in the UK side of the business you will be part of a progressive and collaborative People team during a period of transformation. This role will partner closely with business leaders, providing generalist support, with a particular focus on ER. Initially a FTC but will be opportunities that arise that mean there's a good chance the role may become permanent. We're partnering with a fast-moving, commercially driven media organisation on a newly created opportunity for a motivated recruiter looking to broaden their experience within the wider People space. Reporting into an HR Director who is in the early stages of building the HR function, this hire will be their number two and will take full ownership of Recruitment, transforming it from a reactive model into a proactive, business-partnering function. What you'll be doing: Owning and evolving the end-to-end recruitment strategy Partnering closely with leadership, particularly across sales and commercial teams Building talent pipelines, early careers programmes and internship pathways Strengthening employer brand and market positioning Supporting wider HR projects including workforce planning, L&D and DEI This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to broaden their scope beyond traditional TA and gain exposure across the full People agenda.
