A globally recognised media organisation is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their London team on an initial 12-week contract, with a strong possibility of extension and potential to become a permanent opportunity.Supporting the HR Director, this is a broad, hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle for around 150 employees across editorial, journalism and corporate teams. You'll be a key point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment support, HR administration, payroll coordination and wider people activity.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership. The HR team is lean, so you'll need to be comfortable working independently, getting stuck into the detail and using your initiative to keep things moving.The business is currently building its own ways of working following a recent change in structure, making this an exciting time to join. They're looking for someone who can bring organisation, attention to detail and a pragmatic approach while supporting the team through this transition.Payroll is an important part of the role, so you'll need confidence managing monthly changes, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring everything is accurate and delivered on time. One of London's leading creative agencies is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the business on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a broad generalist opportunity supporting around 150 employees across a mix of commercial and creative teams. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety and being close to the business. You'll be partnering with managers, providing practical HR advice, supporting recruitment, overseeing the monthly payroll process and contributing to people projects. While ER forms part of the role, it isn't heavily casework focused, making it ideal for someone who enjoys the breadth of a true generalist position. The business is currently evolving as part of a wider group transformation, so they're looking for someone who is comfortable navigating change, finding pragmatic solutions and building strong relationships across a matrixed organisation. HR experience within an advertising or creative agency is a must-have. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business. The environment is agile and high-energy, with a team that really cares about the work they do and the impact they have. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role with the opportunity to shape the people function as the business continues to grow. Initially, you'll be focused on strengthening the HR foundations, bringing structure to policies, processes and HR operations, and ensuring the employee experience is consistent and effective. Alongside this, you'll act as a trusted strategic partner to the leadership team, providing support on complex employee relations, employment law and compliance, while also contributing to wider business planning and the company's future growth. You'll initially be standalone, giving you the opportunity to really understand the business and shape what the people team needs to look like as it grows. There is potential to build out additional support over time. The ideal candidate will be CIPD-qualified with strong generalist experience, confident ER and employment law knowledge, and experience of bringing structure to a growing or evolving business. You'll need to be comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level - equally happy advising senior leaders as you are drafting a policy or getting into the detail of an employee issue. Are you an organised People Coordinator looking for a role where you can take ownership of your work?   We're working with a global business within the music and entertainment space that is looking to add a People Coordinator to its growing team.   With a small, international workforce and a collaborative, remote-first culture, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit environment where no two days are quite the same.   This role will sit at the heart of the day-to-day People function, supporting across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be the go-to person for People administration, helping with everything from onboarding and offboarding to HR systems, benefits, payroll coordination and maintaining accurate employee records.   You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in a range of wider People projects. The business is currently reviewing and refreshing a number of its policies and processes, including its employee handbook and benefits offering, so there is plenty of scope to get involved in projects beyond the usual administration.   The team is currently going through a period of change, so this role would suit someone who is confident in their own abilities, comfortable working with autonomy with an agile approach to their day to day. You'll have a People Lead to report into, but will need to be someone who can confidently take ownership of your remit and keep things moving.   We're looking for someone with at least two years' experience in a HR coordination role, ideally within a start up or SME environment. You'll have experience supporting across the employee lifecycle, be confident coordinating payroll information and have strong attention to detail. Experience with HR systems such as HiBob would be ideal, as would strong Excel skills. Most importantly, you'll be organised, proactive and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders. Are you an immediately available People Director open to an interim role?   We are working with a small, mission driven digital business, who need interim support at HR Director level for 6 months. This business is around 60 headcount, globally dispersed employees with a London hub where this role will be based. They are remote first as a culture, but ideally looking for this role to come to the office at least once or twice a week   The Interim People Director will cover a period of change in the team, which leaves a gap both in day-to-day people operations as well as the strategic support provided to business leadership. This role will need to span both aspects, partnership with the CEO, being that figurehead across the business, and keeping people operations running smoothly and overseeing payroll whilst rebuilding the small team.   This is a business that genuinely cares about employee experience and doing right by its people, so someone who is progressive thinking and a real people person is key.
