Are you an organised People Coordinator looking for a role where you can take ownership of your work? We're working with a exciting music start up that is looking to add a People Coordinator to its growing team. With a small, international workforce and a supportive HR Lead, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit environment where no two days are quite the same.This role will sit at the heart of the day-to-day People function, supporting across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be the go-to person for People administration, helping with everything from onboarding and offboarding to HR systems, benefits, payroll coordination and maintaining accurate employee records. Payroll experience is essential. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in a range of wider People projects. The business is currently reviewing and refreshing a number of its policies and processes, including its employee handbook and benefits offering, so there is plenty of scope to get involved in projects beyond the usual administration. The team is currently going through a period of change, so this role would suit someone who is confident in their own abilities, comfortable working with autonomy with an agile approach to their day to day. You'll have a People Lead to report into, but will need to be someone who can confidently take ownership of your remit and keep things moving. We're looking for someone with at least two years' experience in a HR coordination role, ideally within a start up or SME environment. You'll have experience supporting across the employee lifecycle, be confident coordinating payroll information and have strong attention to detail. Experience with HR systems such as HiBob would be ideal, as would strong Excel skills. Most importantly, you'll be organised, proactive and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders. An interest in music or the wider entertainment industry would be a definite bonus. The company operates an employee-led hybrid work pattern with an office in Central London and an expectation that you'll ideally spend at least 2 days per week in the office. Due to an ongoing transformation project this business is about to embark on a redundancy and restructure project and they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong end to end change experience to take the lead. This role is for someone who doesn't just advise strategically on change, but rolls their sleeves up and delivers. You will be experienced in running consultation from start to finish, being hands on with comms, and coaching managers through the process. There will be both individual and collective processes running so you will be comfortable with managing multiple projects. As well as being the contact from a people perspective you will be able to demonstrate high level project management skills, keeping processes running smoothly and managing stakeholders expectations at a senior level. HRIS Analyst | 12-month contract | Hybrid/flexible working We are working with a an iconic London multi-venue entertainment group who are looking to bring in a HR Systems whizz to join their People team. This creative and fast-paced business of c500 employees has had a significant overhaul of its People system recently moving onto UKG. There's now a real opportunity for an experinced and proqctive HRIS specialist to come in, audit how the system has been set up, help untangle any teething issues, make efficiencies and ensure they are getting the very most out of the new system What you'll be doing You'll take ownership of UKG, becoming the go-to person for configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting and reporting. You'll work closely with wider People, Payroll, Operations and venue teams to iron issues, some will be quick wins, and some longer-term projects. They would love someone to work proactively, spotting gaps, reducing duplicate data entry, tidying up over-complicated security and permission setups, improving self-service, and making sure the system reflects how the business actually works. A leading creative agency are looking to hire a Junior HR Manager on a 12-14 month maternity cover contract to start ASAP.This is an exciting stepping up role for someone with strong generalist HR experience, particularly on the operational side, who is looking to broaden their exposure and take on more responsibility. You'll be partnering closely with senior leaders and department heads across the agency, acting as a trusted point of contact for people matters. That could mean supporting managers through ER cases (with support from the team where needed), contributing to performance management and talent discussions, or driving the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding. Payroll experience is key, and you'll also be overseeing broader HR operations including compliance, visas and right to work, and reporting. A media business is looking for an HR Manager to join their team as soon as possible. This is a hands-on generalist role for someone who enjoys being close to the business and has some experience in the creative industries.You'll be the go-to person for all things people, balancing day-to-day HR with a more partnering-focused approach. One minute you might be helping a manager work through a tricky ER case, the next you could be reviewing how the business onboards new starters, updating a policy that's fallen out of date, or supporting a team through a period of change.
