A leading creative agency are looking to hire a Junior HR Manager on a 12-14 month maternity cover contract to start ASAP.This is an exciting stepping up role for someone with strong generalist HR experience, particularly on the operational side, who is looking to broaden their exposure and take on more responsibility. You'll be partnering closely with senior leaders and department heads across the agency, acting as a trusted point of contact for people matters. That could mean supporting managers through ER cases (with support from the team where needed), contributing to performance management and talent discussions, or driving the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding. Payroll experience is key, and you'll also be overseeing broader HR operations including compliance, visas and right to work, and reporting. There's scope too to get involved in the bigger picture, supporting change projects and wider culture, engagement and learning initiatives across the agency. The ideal candidate will bring confidence handling ER cases, a good working knowledge of UK employment law, and strong stakeholder management skills. Just as important is an eagerness to learn and a self-directed approach to development. The role is based in the office 4 days per week in Central London, with free breakfast and lunch included. A media business is looking for an HR Manager to join their team as soon as possible. This is a hands-on generalist role for someone who enjoys being close to the business and has some experience in the creative industries.You'll be the go-to person for all things people, balancing day-to-day HR with a more partnering-focused approach. One minute you might be helping a manager work through a tricky ER case, the next you could be reviewing how the business onboards new starters, updating a policy that's fallen out of date, or supporting a team through a period of change. There is also the BAU work to cover, such as payroll, support with recruitment, and cyclical reviews.While the wider business is creative, the team you'll be supporting day-to-day is more hands-on and a little gritty, so they need someone who is a true people partner and can adapt their style to suit the team. We're recruiting for a Contingent Workforce Coordinator to join the team of a huge, globally recognised entertainment brand based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator or Coordinator to join a fast-paced, corporate environment and support the management of a large contingent workforce. The initial contract is 3 months, with potential for an extension, and the role is available for an immediate start. The Role Working as part of the Contingent Workforce Management team, you will provide essential administrative support across the full contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, offboarding and day-to-day queries. You'll work closely with Hiring Managers, HR teams, suppliers and internal departments to ensure contingent workers are onboarded efficiently and have the correct systems and access in place. Key Responsibilities Managing the contingent workforce inbox and responding to day-to-day queries Processing new worker requests, extensions and deactivations Maintaining accurate worker records and associated documentation Updating contingent worker information across internal systems Liaising with Hiring Managers and advising on processes and best practice Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers and third-party vendors Liaising with IT and Security to ensure workers have the correct access Supporting PO and timesheet queries Assisting with system administration Producing regular and ad-hoc reports using Excel and SAP Maintaining accurate electronic and hard-copy records Supporting wider HR and contingent workforce projects, including process improvements and systems updates   About You We're looking for someone with strong HR, people administration or data administration experience who is confident working in a busy, service-focused environment.
