We're looking for a Tech Recruiter to join a well-known media organisation based in Central London. Working as part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team with an international remit, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on how the business attracts and hires top tech talent. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end tech and IT recruitment, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers across a variety of teams. It's a hands-on 360 position where you'll deliver on a broad range of technical hires, while also having the opportunity to get involved in projects such as candidate experience, onboarding, and DEI initiatives. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys business partnering, working at pace, and taking a proactive, creative approach to sourcing and engaging top talent. You'll be confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief through to offer and onboarding, using a mix of direct sourcing channels including LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, and social media. You'll also be comfortable building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, partnering closely with stakeholders, and providing market insight to support hiring decisions. We're looking for someone with proven in-house tech recruitment experience, strong direct sourcing capability, and the confidence to influence and build trust at all levels. You'll be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working to tight deadlines, with a genuine passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to keep learning will be key to success in this role.
