Currently working with a globally recognised entertainment organisation, seeking a Content Operations Supervisor to support streaming across the EMEA region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, international content programming team, playing a key role in ensuring content is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. As a Content Operations Supervisor, you will act as a central point of coordination across EMEA and global teams, ensuring the smooth flow of content and localisation processes. You'll collaborate closely with international stakeholders, to support the operational delivery of content across the platform. Please note this is a 4 month initial contract, with potential to be extended beyond this. Candidate's must be able to work from London 4 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track content delivery across EMEA markets Manage information flow between European teams and global stakeholders Support trailers, promos, and "coming soon" content through tracking and scheduling Collaborate with US Content Operations and Technology teams to optimise workflows Lead and support pan-EMEA operational projects, including documentation and process improvements Monitor and troubleshoot issues using tools such as JIRA Maintain and continuously improve tracking systems and processes Key Requirements: Experience in content delivery within a broadcast or SVOD environment Strong understanding of streaming platforms and the competitive landscape Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Experience with Airtable (essential) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to work across multiple regions and build strong stakeholder relationships A genuine passion for entertainment content and digital media Handle Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.

This is a fantastic learning opportunity for an individual early in their career, with a clear passion for Art / Design. Supporting the designers managing 50+ live projects at a time, this role will provide invaluable exposure & insight into the innerworkings of a high-functioning creative team. The ideal candidate must have solid organisational and design skills, accompanied with initiative and a can-do attitude that appreciates no task is too small! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class Engineering team responsible for ensuring everything from screening rooms to post-production suites operates seamlessly and to the highest technical standards. The role: As a key regional contact, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimising complex media environments across creative facilities worldwide. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to keep projects running smoothly. Key responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across complex audio, video, and networked media systems Support post-production workflows and content delivery pipelines to ensure uninterrupted project flow Provide both on-site and remote technical support as the primary regional engineering contact Collaborate with global teams to maintain standards, document processes, and drive continuous improvements Manage hardware vendor relationships, including equipment lifecycle planning and service agreements About you: To succeed in this role, you will bring: 5+ years' experience supporting media infrastructure in post-production, studio, or creative environments Strong troubleshooting expertise across audio, video, and networking systems Experience working with DCP, Dolby Atmos, SMPTE standards, and IP-based media protocols such as Dante or AES67 The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams A calm, professional approach with strong customer service skills and sound judgement in high-pressure environments   This is an initial 12-month contract based in Central London, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of a leading global entertainment organisation.
