The role focuses on delivering and managing high-quality international events across Europe, the Middle East, America, and Africa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event operations, the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and meticulous attention to detail. This is a hybrid role (three days in the office) with onsite responsibilities during events, requiring international travel and occasional weekend or evening work. Key Responsibilities: Manage the operational delivery of multiple events worldwide from conception to completion. Oversee event operations budgets, planning, and forecasting to ensure financial targets are met. Collaborate with senior leadership on operational strategy for each event. Develop and manage event timelines, delegating tasks to team members as required. Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with venues and key contractors.
